Facing Race, Embracing Equity’s

Community Summit on Race:
Where we have been; Where we are; Where we are going!

The summit took place on Thursday, May 30 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at East High School, 1801 Main Street where everyone learned about the dynamic work on racial inequity and disparities generated by the Facing Race, Embracing Equity initiative.  Everyone offered their input on community goal-setting in 5 key areas, learned about what is currently going on in the community, and identified tangible ways to become involved in building a framework for a racially equitable community. Thank you again!
